SANUSPLANET processes the data provided by the user for the following purposes
a. Requests to obtain information, respond to contact requests or support requests
It is necessary to enter the requested data in order to process your enquiry. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR and the processing to safeguard the legitimate interests of the controller or a third party in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. The data processed on the basis of your enquiry will be stored for a period of 6 months.
b. Registration and use of the platform (FREE user)
The transmission of the requested data is essential in order to create your account and thereby enable you to access our platform and use our services (these include, for example, access to our online community SANUSWORLD, use of the SANUSMAP service, purchase of SANUSPRODUCTS and other goods in the SHOP). In addition, we require the data for the processing associated with the services (the collection of SANUSCREDITS, the use and acceptance of SANUSCOINS, participation in the events organised by SANUSPLANET, participation in the SANUSACADEMY courses, etc.). As a registered user, you are also authorised to invite other persons to also register on the SANUSPLANET platform. d. Fulfilment of obligations arising from a law, a regulation or a provision of EU law
The communication of data for this purpose is mandatory and the legal basis is the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the controller is subject, as provided for in Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR. The user's consent is not required for processing for this purpose. This type of processing does not allow the user to be identified and is used exclusively to check the effectiveness of web marketing campaigns or to check the correct functioning of the site by monitoring the frequency of access. The processing of aggregated or anonymised data that does not allow users to be identified is not covered by the scope of data protection law and therefore no consent is required for its processing.
f. Newsletter and business communications (FREE users)
